Returns:
You have 30 calendar days from the date you receive your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return:
The item must be unused, and in the same condition that you received it.
It must be in the original packaging, with all tags, labels, and accessories included.
You must provide proof of purchase (e.g., order number or receipt).
To initiate a return, please contact us at info@inspired.org.za with your order details.
Refunds:
Once your returned item is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 5–10 business days.
If rejected (e.g., due to damage or use), we will notify you and return the item to you at your cost.
If you have late or missing refund:
Check your bank account again.
Contact your credit card provider — it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

Exchanges:
We only replace items if they are defective, damaged, or incorrect.
If you need to exchange an item, contact us at info@inspired.org.za within 7 days of receiving it.
We’ll provide instructions for returning the item and shipping the replacement.
Shipping:
You will be responsible for paying your own return shipping costs unless the product is defective or damaged upon arrival or we sent the wrong item.
Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund (if applicable).
Warranty:
- Warranty periods vary by product. Unless a product description states a longer warranty, all products have a default warranty period of 12 (twelve) months.
- Warranties cover only manufacturing defects due to faulty materials or poor workmanship. Extended warranties apply only if explicitly purchased or agreed to in writing by an authorized representative of Inspired Home Products Pty Ltd.
- This warranty applies only within South Africa. Products taken outside South Africa must be returned at the customer’s expense for any warranty claims.
- Warranties apply only to the original purchaser and are not transferable if the product is sold or given to someone else.
- Warranties are valid only if the product was used and maintained correctly. They do not cover defects or damage from misuse, abuse, external causes, or normal wear and tear.
- Corrosion or damage caused by natural elements (e.g., rust, wind) is excluded unless otherwise stated.
- Warranty claims will not be accepted if the product is returned in an unhygienic state.
- Natural variations in materials such as wood, leather, feathers, or animal hides are not defects and are not covered. These natural materials may have irregularities (e.g., uneven grain, hair loss) or change over time, which are excluded from warranty coverage.
- Inspired Home Products Pty Ltd’s liability under warranty is limited to the defective product only. It does not cover any consequential damages or costs related to obtaining a refund. Warranty coverage applies only to the purchased product and does not extend to product liability.
- Although some products may suit commercial use, all items on this website are intended, priced, and marketed for domestic use only unless otherwise specified.
- Furniture has a maximum recommended user weight of 120kg.
- Heavier use may cause accelerated wear and damage excluded from warranty and may void it.
- If used commercially (unless agreed in writing), the warranty period is limited to 6 (six) months from purchase.
- We reserve the right to repair or exchange items under warranty. If repair is impossible, we may replace the product with an identical or similar item of equal value, or provide store credit.
- Any exchange, credit, or refund applies only to the defective product, not to other products bought separately or together.
- Products repaired or replaced under warranty retain the balance of the original warranty period; no new warranty is issued.
- For warranty repairs or exchanges within 6 months of purchase, Inspired Home Products Pty Ltd covers transport costs within South Africa using a transporter of our choice.
- Customers who arrange their own transport without authorization will not be reimbursed.
- Additional transport costs for deliveries to remote or rural locations will be charged to the customer.
- Unless otherwise stated, products received as free gifts, competition prizes, giveaways, or sold as demo/shop-soiled items carry a 6-month limited warranty for manufacturing defects unrelated to their condition at sale.
- Warranties cover only repair or replacement of the purchased product. They do not cover any consequential, indirect, or other damages or losses of any kind.
