Order Processing Times
Orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation.
Orders are not processed, shipped, or delivered on weekends or public holidays.
If we experience high order volumes or stock delays, processing times may be extended. In such cases, we will contact you.
Shipping Rates & Delivery Times
Shipping rates are calculated at checkout and may vary depending on location, order weight, and courier rates.
Standard delivery times within South Africa are 2–7 business days from dispatch.
Deliveries to remote or outlying areas may take longer.
We currently offer international shipping only to Namibia, Botswana, and Eswatini.
Delivery Process
Deliveries are made via reputable third-party couriers.
You will receive a tracking number once your order has been dispatched.
You are responsible for ensuring the delivery address provided is correct and accessible.
Delays Beyond Our Control
We are not liable for delivery delays caused by factors outside our control, including:

- Customs inspections
- Weather conditions or force majeure events
Damaged or Missing Goods
If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the packaging and product.
If your order is lost in transit, we will liaise with the courier to resolve the issue.
Missing or damaged products will be replaced or refunded according to our Returns & Refunds Policy.
